仕事内容

●Carrying out research on Asia Pacific economies, business, and market relevant to private equity investment
●Conducting due diligence on private equity investments in funds,direct co-investments, and secondaries in the region, including Japan

必要スキル

●Degree from a reputable university with academic excellence, Master’s degree in relevant fields a plus
●Minimum one year of investment banking or private equity experience, preferably in Japan market
●Strong financial modeling and analytical skills and proficiency in computer programs such as Excel & PP
●Result-driven,self-motivated personality, and capable of operating effectively with limited supervision
●Excellent communications and presentation skills
●Proficient in both English and Japanese

The company is specifically looking for one with Japan background, either a Japanese national or someone who can speak Japanese and has Japan experiences, to strengthen our coverage of the Japanese GPs on funds, co-investments and secondaries. That person will initially be based in HK to get familiar with the rest of the Asian team and the company’s investment process and work together with the asian team on investment opportunities across Asian and eventually focus on Japan investment opportunities as we grow our business.
