仕事内容
-Work closely with more senior members in the team; help support their ITM investment product sales and marketing activities to build the pipeline of new opportunities, strengthen relationship with the existing clients.
-Support and work with more senior members for their efficient sales activities to Tier 1 clients (especially support when they are away and out of the office) and cover Regional Banks (mainly retail and partially wholesale) which are not currently covered.
-Plan, coordinate and conduct sales trainings/investment seminars of our existing funds for retail investors. Built relationships with branches to expand the existing fund sales (i.e. Japanese equity and global emerging infra fund, etc).
-Support idea generation for new business, fund concepts and product development; analyse competitors, their business and products, client needs, market trends and proactively communicate to share ideas.
-Produce sales/marketing materials (may involve some translation work), prepare marketing tools, generate ideas for marketing and novelty items, ensure all the materials are up-to-date and support finalizing presentation materials (incl. RFP).

必要スキル
-University degree (majoring in Economics/Finance preferred) or other relevant professional qualifications
-2 to 3+ years of experience in sales or client services at financial services; preferably in other asset management firms but not a must and sales, product development or sales promotion experience in securities company can also be considered.
-Direct experience in Sales preferred but not a must while basic understanding of finance, capital market and investment is a must
-High level of IT literacy in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word to create material and contents.
