The Role:
We helps users address specific business challenges via its range of solutions. Our solutions can be found in major leading financial institutions, big accountancies and consulting farms, multi-national corporations and top-tier universities around the world.
We are expanding in Asia Pacific and looking for a motivated colleague to join our APAC team, based in Tokyo, as an Implementation & Support Manager. You will work as part of a global services and support structure and report to the Head of Implementation and Support Japan.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a global organization, to gain exposure to a broad range of clients and our diverse vertical markets as well as fostering a long-term career with us. As a new member of the Implementation and Support Team in APAC, you will be working in a growing and challenging environment with the opportunity to work autonomously on multiple projects early on.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing superior Customer Service at all times you’ll be involved in the full-cycle of customer service: presales, implementation, support and post-sales.
Reporting on the progress of project activities, proactively identify issues to ensure on-time delivery of our solutions to the customer
Constantly consult with clients on how best to deliver our data & configurable software
Review and identify customers’ needs and assist in completing technical details within proposals
Document and deliver Scope of Works
Own the delivery of customer’s solutions
Provide on/offsite customer support
Provide constructive feedback on the client experience to the business
Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues across Sales to ensure all deliverables are reviewed prior to commitment with client
Closely work with the sales team to identify, negotiate and close new opportunities
Answer client questions, resolve issues and complete specific client requests related to our multiple solutions.
Identify product issues; triage, resolve and/or escalate for resolution
Travelling interstate and overseas is expected

Experience:
Project management in delivering software and services projects
Providing presales support for both services and software solutions
Implementing software solutions or Technology Services
Web services-API and integration methods

必要スキル

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or equivalent with a minor in finance or economics (preferred).
Strong customer orientation and an eagerness to excel and be a part of a dynamic, fast growing team.
2 to 3 years of work experience in a project implementation role
Able to demonstrate a good mix of technical and inter-personal skills (eloquent, good at creating trust, independent, analytical and problem-solver).
Basic technical knowledge: SaaS, DaaS, data management, data warehousing, databases, APIs, WebServices, Analytics, MS Project (or equivalent)
Exposure to financial industry, banking and/or financial markets would be beneficial but not essential.
Experience in software as a service (SAAS) implementations would be an added advantage
