【Position Summary】
Hands-on finance position responsible for accounting, consolidation and financial reporting, and transaction support service

【Key Accountabilities】
Overall responsible for clients’ monthly reporting to investors
Liaise and review reports prepared by SPC accountant to ensure proper accounting treatment under both JGAAP and IFRS
Calculation of performance returns and responsible for investors queries.
Liaison with auditor and tax advisor for annual audit and tax compliance
Prepare/review annual budget and forecast
Monitor cash balance regularly and manage cash needs of various entities within investment structure, process transactions related to capital calls, distributions, expenses and internal transfer and monitoring the debt covenants
Prepare computations, rebalancing, carried interest, funds flow schedule and associated investor notices for capital calls and distributions
Assist with tax planning, structuring and compliance
Support client on global/internal reporting
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc analytical reports for the client as needed
Support client (investment Management and Finance teams) on acquisition/disposition closing
Support the client on other duties as requested

【Skills & Knowledge】
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
Professional accounting qualification
5-8 years accounting and finance experience
Real estate industry exposure and experience with private real estate funds preferred
Strong working knowledge of IFRS, JGAAP; knowledge of INREV a plus
Solid written and verbal communication skills and fluent in English
Exposure to treasury, transfer agency, tax and compliance issues and practice
Hands-on experience with GL accounting and financial consolidation software, 　knowledge of Yardi a plus
