仕事内容
●Talent Aquisition & On-boarding (50%)
・ Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
・ Support BU leaders for preparing JD, interview arrangement, training for appropriate interview if necessary
・ Collaborate with HRBP to Consult with BU leaders to identify the business necessity and weakness to reach appropriate candidate with sufficient skill set
・ Develop and expand social business network both within HR and other BU related industries so that to identify appropriate candidate at sooner manner.
・ Implement hiring support tools, Taleo and facilitate hiring managers to utilize the system
・ Negotiate recruiting agencies about fee and give clear introduction on requisitions to get support to attract
・ good candidates
・ Handle all new hire procedures and guide new joiners to start working smoothly for us.
・ Handle leaver procedures (interviews, guidance and collection related documentations)
・ Handling documentation for transfers and organizational change, approval processing, and issuing letters of Appointment
●Data Entry Operation / Payroll (15%)
・ Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
・ Answering payroll questions
・ Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors
・ Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment
●Record maintenance (15%)
・ Maintaining current HR files and databases (Oracle and Local data files)
・ Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
・ Maintaining records and issuing the letters related to performance review
・ Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
・ Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations
・ Completing Head count report and CSR report
●Support Employee Engagement(10%)
・ Preparation, execution and analysis of employee satisfaction survey and support for action planning
・ Secretariat or our Ambassador Program ( Family day, volunteer activities)
・ APAC communication translations check
・ Drafting and distributeing HR-related communication
・ Handling country monthly Japan All-Hands and region iniciative events

必要スキル
・ Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
・ Having knowledge and experience in Human Relation job is preferred
・ Having knowledge and experience in IT related job is preferred
・ Well-understanding Japanese social security regulation and Japanese labor law is preffered.
・ Excellent PC skill ( Excel, Word, Power Point)
・ Optimistic, Fun, and Proactive nature
・ Respects others and enjoys helping others
・ A positive, “can do” attitude
・ Having knowledge and experience in Human Relation job is preferred
・ Having knowledge and experience in IT related job is preferred
