発電所の建設プロジェクトにおけるマネジメントを行い、良質な発電所建設および円滑なプロジェクト実行を担います。
・プロジェクト完遂のために必要な社内リソースおよび社外の関係者との調整。
・プロジェクトの進捗管理、予算管理、スコープ管理
・プロジェクトスコープおよび目標の設定、プロジェクト関係者との調整、技術面での実現可能性の確保。
・プロジェクト計画の作成
・プロジェクトのスコープ、スケジュール、コスト管理のための適切な検証、評価
・パフォーマンス測定
・適宜レポーティング、エスカレーションの実施
・顧客、プロジェクト関係者との関係管理
・プロジェクトにおけるリスクマネジメント
・第三者・ベンダーとの関係構築および維持
・プロジェクト必要書類全般の作成、管理

・Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
・Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
・Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
・Develop a detailed project plan
・Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
・Measure project performance
・Report and escalate to management as needed
・Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
・Perform risk management to minimize project risks
・Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
・Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

・Microsoft Officeに習熟している

・Microsoft Officeに習熟していること

・太陽光発電事業に従事した経験
