1) 工事部におけるチームリーダーとして、担当地域の建設現場を管理頂きます。【予定担当地域- 日本の中央部（東京〜岡山）】
2) また、必要に応じて国内各地で当社が建設している太陽光（および風力）発電所の建設プロジェクトの現場代理人や元請け業者を管理、監督して頂きます。

1) Team Leader of sitemanagement team (regional responsibility - central Japan: Tokyo〜Okayama)
2) In required cases, also manage and supervise one large construction site and original contractors for construction projects of solar (and wind) power plants that Us Energy constructs in various parts of the country.

・As it involves the management and supervision of overall construction works of power plants in various parts of Japan, the scale of the work is large and is rewarding.
Also it is rewarding in the sense that the job leads to increasing the number of renewable power plants throughout Japan.
・Since we are a joint venture with Germany company, who have been building the world’s largest scale of renewable-sourced energy power plants, the job allows people-to-people exchanges on a global level, and to extend your skills.

・Leadership position for one of three subteams of site management department.

【必須】
・1級電気施工管理技士または1級土木施工管理技士をお持ちの方
・電気・機械工学または土木系の知識をお持ちの方
・リーダー的ポジションの経験がある方
・業務プロセスや品質管理を理解し、社内標準に準拠した業務を進めるようチームをまとめられる方
・コミュニケーション、対人能力の高い方（日本語が母国語ではない方の場合、現場でのコミュニケーションのため、日本語検定N2程度の能力が必要です。）
・粘り強く忍耐力のある方。チームマネジメント・説明能力に長けている方
・幅広く動き回れ、長期に渡って建設現場で働く意欲のある方

・建設現場のコミュニケーションを円滑化し、チーム力を最大化するマネジメント力のある方。
・自ら戦略を立て、問題発見・解決ができる方。
・自分のフィールドにとらわれず、異業種、外国人等異なる言語やルールの人たちとコミュニケーションが出来る方。
・経験してきたことだけでなく、業務やプロセスをゼロから立ち上げることが出来る方。

・Level-1 Electricity Construction Management Engineer or Level-1 Civil Construction Management Engineer.
・Knowledge of electricit y/mechanic al engineering or civil engineering.
・Leadership experiance
・Understanding of processes and quality management and able to allign a team to working along the company standards
・Ideally (not obligatory) experiance in the construction of PV power plants
・High communication and interpersonal skills ( high Japanese skills (N2 or better) for talking on site)
・Perserverance and patience.
・Well versed in team management and explanatory skills.
・Willing to work at construction sites for a long period of time and be involved a wide range of activities.
