●新たに導入した、ISO9001に基づいた品質管理システムの運用管理（書類や記録の管理、継続的な改善プロセスなどを含む）
●グループ標準に従い、プロセスオーナーと協力し、コアおよびサポートプロセスの識別、分析および文書化を行う
●KPIの特定、実施および測定
●プロセス文書化のためのワークショップの実施
●プロセスオーナーと協力し、プロセストレーニングを実施
●改善の可能性を特定・実行し、継続的改善プロセス（CIP）を管理する
●コーポレートの品質管理とともに内外の監査に参加
●コーポレート品質管理ミーティングやワークショップ、トレーニングへの参加
●取締役およびコーポレート品質管理への品質管理報告を行う

Job Descriptions
- Management of newly implemented Quality Management System which is based on ISO 9001 (includes Management system processes such as control of documents, control of records, continuous improvement process…)
- Take part in the Quality assurance activities (site audits, project audits, setup of supplier quality control pre delivery)
- Identification, analysis and documentation of Core and Support processes in accordance with the group standard and in close cooperation with process owners.
- Identification, implementation and measuring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the company’s processes.
- Conduct process workshops for process documentation.
- Conduct process training in cooperation with process owners.
- Identify and implement potentials for improvement and manage the company’s continual improvement process (CIP)
- Participation in internal and external audits together with Corporate Quality Management.
- Participate in Corporate Quality Management Meetings, workshops and training
- Ensure Quality Management reporting to Director and Corporate Quality Management.

・CIPプロセスの実務（不具合の発見から改善、恒久的再発防止策立案）
・a) 現場代理人（電気又は土木）、b) 製造業、c) 技術業界における品質管理担当者、d) その他
上記経験5年以上

≪Experiences≫
・Experience in the implementation of management systems（ISO-9001: 2015, ISO-14001, OHSAS)
・Business practice in QM, e.g. Quality Management Officer, Quality Manager, Internal Auditor
・Business practice in CIP-processes (from issue identification to improvement, development of permanent recurrent preventive measures)
・Previous experience a) in site management electric or civil, b) from manufacturing, c) in quality management role in technical industry, d) others to consider
Minimum 5 years of working experience of the above
