仕事内容
Position Title: Executive Execution Planning RRP Non Trade
Organization Unit / Department: Sales
●Purpose of this position
Develop effective programs to reach out to the CC smokers, and to switch them to HNB user. By leveraging these programs, support the execution of effective Face 2 Face Guided Trial / Guided Sales at Non-Traditional outlets / surrounding areas.
●Accountability
・In conjunction with the RRP Brand team and other key stakeholders, develop tools/materials for Field sales team to execute Face 2 Face activities at events and non-trade environments
・Develop and produce non brand related promotional materials, and programs for executing effective Face to Face engagement activities by Field Sales Team. (In a ""one to one"" and ""one to many"" environment to drive Guided Trial and Purchase)
・Understand and utilize promotion / event calendar to ensure that the most effective programs / touchpoints are utilized for Face to Face activity.
・Develop effective Institutional Programs and support tools to drive more our somking device seminar at company touch points.
・Create and manage effective nontraditional scalable touchpoints and external ambassadors to reach out and communicate to CC smokers in order to drive acquisition
・Evaluate the effectiveness of Face to Face Guided Selling process and develop tools to improve the effectiveness
・Manage the promotion and tool development budget, and utilize it for most effective program

必要スキル
●Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree
・English(Toeic800)
・FMCG 5 years +Experience Sales, Trade Marketing or Sales Planning (not mandatory)
・People Management preferred
●Desired Competencies
Financial Acumen (Budget Management), Influencing / Interpersonal Skills, Business Planning Skills: Channel strategy, Marketing/Trade Marketing strategy, Promotion Planning, Communication in English and Japanese (verbal, written, presentation), Advance Selling & Negotiating Skills
