<Role Summary>
Investment Trust Management(ITM), Investment Advisory(AI), Insurance(IN) operations outsourcing are key business. It provides the operations service for asset management and insurance companies.
The main responsibility of the job is to perform daily fund operations, using local accounting platforms as well as our internal systems through smooth communications and reconciliations with external parties such as the trust banks as fund trustee and our clients.

<Key Responsibilities>
●Oversight of activities outsourced operation hubs including offshore locations
●Day-to-day client communication
●Receipt of contract & settlement data
●Uploading of data into accounting platform
●Receipt of accounting information
●Receipt ’posting instructions’
●Processing accounting data, index calculation
●Processing of fund fiscal year end
●Reconciliation of NAV’s and unit prices
●Retrieval of causes and modifications should discrepancies be observed
●Diffusion of unit price & NAV to relevant parties
●Other (related business)

<Experience/Qualification/Key Skills>
Qualified candidates will have prior research experience in financial services. In addition:

●5-10 years or more of job experience in fund operations in ITM, IA, IN
●Fund accounting and /or middle office knowledge
●Sufficient knowledge about security related business would be advantageous
●Set of fund accounting/middle office application operation skills
●Communication skills
●Japanese (No difficulty in daily communication)
●English (reading and writing ,daily conversation a must)
●Set PC operations (Microsoft applications)
●Leadership ability
●Proactive approach
