仕事内容

●HRBP for Direct Operation (DO) Div. & Sales & Marketing (SM) Div. serves as a strategic, trusted advisor and partners with DO & SM leaders and senior managers to provide solutions to needs and challenges in the areas of people, organization and culture of DO & SM organizations.
●In collaboration with the Center of Expertise (COEs) of HR division, the role also helps DO & SM to achieve transformational business goals by fostering organizational and people effectiveness.

●Experience and ability to build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders, including client leaders, senior managers and HR COEs
●Work with multi-function team in a collaborative manner
●Able to assess, coach and develop talent; able to be a role model in AXA’s desired leadership behaviors
●Ability and track record of leading, inspiring, developing and engaging the team
●Strong strategic thinking and can be ‘hands-on’ to execute and generate outcomes
●Ability to communicate to and interact with stakeholders at all levels
●Innovative and out-of-box thinking; not afraid of trying new things, learn from mistakes
●Savvy-ness to embrace and utilize latest HR technology to be able to make data-driven decisions
