●Accounting & Finance tasks of the company and TMK (SPC)
<JOB SUMMARY>
The Senior Accounting Manager/Accounting Manager will play a key role in developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with the Corporate Section VP and leaders of the business units with emphasis on bottom line performance, working capital and enhancing shareholder value. This position will provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing strategy for both company and properties.
The Senior Accounting Manager/Accounting Manager will Interact effectively with other parts of the company; be
viewed as the ethical center of the business and a trusted business advisor/partner by
internal teams and external customers & vendors, not just VP. Critical outcomes include
supporting the executive team with key financial information and operational analytics, and driving a culture of accountability in managing the business, adding value to operating
businesses and voicing well-substantiated dissenting opinions, where necessary.
<ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES>
Proactively manage cash flows of company and properties in a leveraged environment
○ Establish annual and long term business plan
○ Manage financial capital; communicate capital requirements/ implications of business
decisions to VP
○ Conduct meaningful proactive analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on
management of working capital
○ Grow equity value Monitor operating expenses and capital expenditures to make sure
to be controlled within the business plan
Financial reporting and cash management of company and properties
○ Co-work with accounting firm and property management vendor on day-to-day
operational cash management and financial accounting and taxation
○ Monthly/Quarterly financial reporting to shareholders in both US GAAP and in Japan
GAAP
○ Ensure JV partners reporting and accounting requirements are met within specified
time frames.
○ Monthly reporting to lenders
Define the financial and corporate operational strategy of company and properties
○ Provide useful financial and corporate operational insights to help make better
decisions about formulating and executing daily operation
○ Establish internal control processes required to manage and grow the business
○ Coordinate with outside advisors and resources within shareholders for accounting
matters
○ Anticipate and correct problems in advance
Drive effective internal and external communication interactions
○ Effectively manage sponsor, bank, board of director and financial advisor relationships
○ Manage the fiduciary responsibility of the Senior Accounting Manager

必要スキル
<必須要件>
●四年制大学卒以上
●Business English in speaking, listening, writing and reading
●Strong accounting and financial background and Strong financial analysis skill to conduct investment return analysis (e.g. review a financial model, IRR/NPV calculation, etc) is required
・experience in SPC related accounting tasks
・ more than 5 years of experience in accounting, budget control/management in a Real Estate Fund (including infrastructure)
●Ability to hire “A” players, continuously develops employees and coach for performance
and removes underperformers.
<歓迎要件>
・Experiences in real estate securitization, real estate development or investment are preferable
experience in J-REIT finance/closing
1st class Bookkeeping certificate or CPA
●四年制大学卒以上
