日系大手電機・通信機器メーカーにおけるTechnical Writer/ Global 5G （Open RAN)の求人

●国内の製品・技術に関する文書を理解し、関連するエンジニアリング部門と連携して共有度を深めること。
●理解した内容を英語ドキュメント化し、欧州・北米・インド等、世界各地の戦略・営業・エンジニアリングチームに展開すること。
●各地の販売、プリセールス、製品管理担当者に対するトレーニングを企画実行すること。

1) Organize knowledge sharing sessions with relevant engineering resources to 欧州understand current product and documentation framework.
2) Translate Japanese product documentation into English.
3) Create a documentation framework for products and technologies
4) Recommend and maintain electronic documentation tools and frameworks (Jira, confluence, SharePoint…)
5) Maintain documentation up to date and publish latest iterations. Maintain change control and document versioning.
6) Help create and develop sales, pre sales, product management training material.

This role develops the carrier as the professional technical writer in the global business and marketing world.

【MUSTスキル・経験・資格】　
●Experience:
・At least 5 years’ experience in technical writing in telecommunications
・7+ years in telecommunications
・Telecoms vendor or telecom operator experience
・ Good understanding of telecommunications networks (4G, 5G), their components and workflow
・Understanding of cloud native architectures, microservices, containers
・Understanding of Radio Units hardware components
・Understanding of hardware / software acceleration in telecoms (DPDK, SRIOV, ASICS, FPGA, GPU…
●Language Skills:
・Excellent written, spoken English
・Excellent written, spoken Japanese
●Computer and/or Technical Skills:
・Documentation systems methodology and tools (AHA, Rational /Doors, Jira, confluence, sharepoint…)
・Understanding of 3GPP overall architecture, workflows and interfaces

【WANTスキル・経験・資格】
・AWS, Microsoft, Google cloud experience appreciated
