国内大手企業様のお客様の現行の業務アプリケーションの運用を、当社の環境に移管するプロジェクトです。会計業務領域のアウトソーシングにおけるプロジェクトマネージャーを募集します。大規模(十億円、数十人規模）且つインドオフショアを使用したグローバルアウトソーシングプロジェクトです。

This is a project to migrate the operations of existing business applications in major Japanese companies (our clients) to our environment. We are hiring a project manager for a project to outsource Accounting and Finance work. This will be a large-scale global project (billion-yen scale with dozens of members) utilizing offshore team in India.

お客様のデジタルパートナーとして新規デジタル案件に参加する一方で、既存システムの運用・保守業務を外部にアウトソースし、お客様のIT部門の方々のデジタル化へのビジネスへシフトを支援します。

While participating in a new digital initiatives of the customer, this organization unit helps outsource operations/maintenance of the customer’s existing systems externally as a client’s digital partner and supports business shift to digitalization for the customer’s IT Department members.

【必須条件 / Must】
・会計業務領域におけるコンサルタントのご経験
　もしくは、スクラッチかパッケージ導入によるアプリケーション開発〜運用のご経験
　※コンサルタント及びPMのご経験共に5年以上の経験者
　※Financial business (銀行や証券)分野のご経験者ではなく、企業の会計管理、経理業務の知見者を求めています
・20 FTE 規模のプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験
・技術は.Net、Javaなどオープン系開発のご経験
・オフショアマネジメントに英語を使用するため、英語にアレルギーが無い方、読み書きがビジネスレベルで可能な方

・Experience as a consultant in accounting and finance (5 years or more), or experience in application development (from scratch or through the implementation of package) and operations in the same field (5 years or more)
　*We are looking for someone with knowledge of accounting and finance for corporate, not someone with experience in banking or securities.
・Experience in the management of 20 FTE-scale project
・Experience in open system development such as .Net and Java technologies
・Person who can read and speak English at business level, or someone not reluctant to use English (as English ability is necessary for offshore management)
