仕事内容
He/she is expected to proactively collaborate with various internal stakeholders, and understand how other stakeholders play their role in the network. High client communication and counseling skill is required.
He/she is expected to understand the business priority, provide legal analysis together with risk assessment.
It is also expected that he/she will be a member of project when new compliance tool or framework is introduced to our MFs (e.g., anti-money laundering due diligence tool).
It is important for this to role to understand the various regulatory requirements applicable to us.
He/she is expected to deliver the work directly, or through outside counsel/junior GCO member as the case may be.

必要スキル
【Qualification】
●Japanese bengoshi strongly preferred
(qualification in other jurisdiction can be considered if other major requirements are met)
LL.M or JD - appreciated
【Experience】 10-15 years
In-house experience in multi-national and/or regulated industry strongly preferred
【Language 】
●Japanese and English both at business level/fluent
【Management experience 】
●Managerial experience of team, outside counsel and budget is strongly preferred
●Required area of expertise Commercial contracts
●Corporate governance (KK, GK and partnership)
●Employment law (including cross border issues and internal investigation)
●Data privacy
●Litigation and dispute
