グローバル製薬企業のお客様に対して、社内アプリケーションの運用・保守及びシステム開発を当社のグローバルな環境を利用しサービスを提供します。本プロジェクトにおけるLead/PMの方を募集します

We are recruiting a person who will work actively as Overall PM for a global IT project which outsources operations/maintenance of the internal applications to This company’s environment. A customer is a Japanese subsidiary of a global pharmaceutical company.


●職務内容/Job Descriptions
1.Japanese team and Indian team, progress confirmation on both sides, general management
2.Determine and define project scope and objectives
3.Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
4.Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
5.Track project costs in order to meet budget
6.Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
7.Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
8.Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
9.Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
10.Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
11.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

● 必須条件 / MUST
1.Japanese native and English fluently bilingual engineer
2.5-8 years of project management and related experience
3.Proven ability to solve problems creatively
4.Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
5.Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
6.Excellent analytical skills
7.Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
8.Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

1.Knowledge of pharmacovigilance
2.Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) Systems/Processes
3.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
