Technical project manager position opens for candidates dedicated to the bottom-mounted or floating offshore wind power generation field. The candidate will be required to plan the wind power generation project, discuss relevant issues and promote projects with the stakeholders to resolve the problems in each potential region for offshore wind power in Japan.

【Development】
Development of new projects focusing on technical aspects, including cooperation with other development members.

【Business Structure】
Review and establish the ""Business Structure"" on the part of the business side including the use of external engineers in development, construction, operation maintenance, and other domains.

【Partner】
Formulation, negotiation, and management of partner policies based on technical background.

【EPC】
Management in all aspects of EPC, including constructing construction plans, selecting manufacturers/engineering companies, negotiations, costs, schedules, and construction management, including quality.

【O&M】
Management in all other aspects of O&M, including establishing operation maintenance system, selecting cooperating companies, and managing negotiation and operation maintenance as a whole.

【Essential】
・Experience in project management in the development, construction, O&M and other stages
・Experience in the management of internal and external parties (including engineering companies) based on technological background.
・High communication skills to collaborate with members with different languages and backgrounds regardless of their business field.
・Experience in managing the progress of complex projects
・Experience in infrastructure projects, including wind power generation and offshore operations
・Strong interest in renewable energy and the offshore wind power generation.
・Native in Japanese or equivalent language proficiency.

【Preferable】
・Experience in achieving projects through breakthroughs in new fields and projects with large uncertainties.
・Skills to formulate strategies, discover and resolve problems.
・Business-level English proficiency.
