・Details of the Division and Team:
　Investment Solutions Group is looking for a professional to promote quantitative solutions and cross-asset solutions to Japanese institutional investors. The position will directly report to APAC head of investment solutions. Tasks for this role include daily process such as index valuation checks, and life-cycle management of existing transactions. This involves closely interacting with trading, operations, valuation, and collateral team. The person is also expected to interact closely with sales coverage team and be involved in the marketing of proprietary index, managed account, fund derivatives, structured notes, and structured funds.
・Your key responsibilities:
The person is expected to interact closely with sales coverage team and be involved in the marketing of proprietary index, managed account, fund derivatives, structured notes, and structured funds. The performance will be measured by the number of transaction and amount of PnL generated.

The person is expected take care of the daily process and life-cycle management without making mistakes. The performance will be measured by the number of incident and the progress of the automation process.

The person needs to perform duties while complying with company’s value and briefs. The performance will be measured by the number of red-flags, complaints, and other measurements agreed and set-up in the annual objectives settings.

●Skills and experience:

・Structuring or Sales experience on the sell-side.
・Experience in quantitative index development or financial engineering.
・Exposure with interacting with institutional clients directly.
・Experience in building simple models based on Python, VBA or C++.

・College diploma or degree.
・JSDA (1st and 2nd)
・Business Level English
・Native Level Japanese
・Experience in building models based on Python, VBA or C++
