ベース1,300万円＋インセンティブ（年一回）を想定 ※但し、知識・経験によって変動します。
仕事内容
(1) To provide legal counsel on various legal aspects which cover overall corporate areas, including but not limited to, corporate & commercial law, regulatory compliance, IT/IP matters, labor law, privacy protection and dispute resolution;
(2) To draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents;
(3) To support projects, new initiatives and any other activities of our company in Japan from legal perspective;
(4) To actively engage with executives and business leaders in various legal and policy aspects of the business;
(5) To manage outside counsels on various matters; and
(6) To report to Deputy General Counsel

必要スキル
≪Requirements≫
(1) Bar admission in Japan
(2) Minimum [6] years of experience
(3) Experience in a law firm with good knowledge and skills to address overall corporate matters preferably in finance/insurance business,
(4) Experience as inhouse counsel in a multinational company is an asset
(5) Mother tongue level of Japanese, and fluent in English, oral and written;
(6) Excellent written and oral communication skills;
(7) Good sense of team work to collaborate with other inhouse legal counsels in various matters as a member of legal team
