仕事内容
This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating standard reports as well as fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests from senior executives in collaboration with BAU executives
・Develop and deliver reporting and analytics solutions designed to translate data into actionable business intelligence including financial planning and reporting
・Consult with stakeholders to determine reporting needs to meet requirements. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on a broad array of issues to inform strategic decision making. Support leaders to build the governance/ monitoring system
・Re-design and re-build dashboards to track KPI’s across New Business and Field Service Operations and maintain the dashboards
・Identify, retrieve, query, and append data from internal data sources and external data sources in support of reporting and analytics operations
・Provide training and support to enable BAU team to use analytical reporting and analytics tools in effective and efficient ways
Select and implement next enabling tools to oversee changes in the data collection and reporting mechanisms

必要スキル
●Experience
・Experience in strategy planning (business strategy, financial planning, restructuring, change management, etc...)
・Previous exposure to or experience in the insurance sector a plus
・Experience in business consulting field (can be any type of business consulting)
Skills:
・Good with figures
・Experienced in one or more data management, visualization, or analytics software tools
●Preferable
・Minimum 2+ years leading a team (can be small team 2-3 member)
・Sufficient knowledge of finance and accounting, and insurance industry
・Desire and ability to learn new technologies such as AI, machine learning and RPA
●Qualifications
・Bachelor’s Degree Required
●Language
・Business level in Japanese and English (Writing and speaking)
●Personality
・Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong independent work ethic. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
・Result oriented: Strive to help contribute to and improve the quality of team’s results
・Change Leadership: Propose solutions when issues arise or improvements are needed, looking even beyond existing procedures
・Share to Succeed: Proactively exchange information and ideas within and beyond the team and appropriately identify and manage my stakeholders
