仕事内容

Upon growing Technology Solution’s Business, Technical Marketing has grown its responsibilities. To support the business, steady and tight partnership with partners is critical. Also, reflecting customer’s needs towards TS product line-ups, finding the best solution with the Sales team, Engineering teams as liaison plays an essential role in the organization.
Technical Marketing works on a broad scope through marketing, technology market analysis, strategy, project management to support the overall Technology Solution business.

-Manage the partnerships with competitors and collaborators.
-Study competitors’ business and product portfolio
-Planning product lines, roadmap
-Close communication with engineers, FAE, Sales team.
-Customer-facing
-Planning and hold technologies, solutions exhibition (On and Offline)
-Workshop with development teams.
-Create documents
-Ad-hoc task

必要スキル

-Marketing: Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration.
-English Language at a fluent level.
-Japanese at a native level.
-Customer Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
-Communications and Media: Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform via written, oral, and visual media.
-Engineering Background: Knowledge of electronics devices such as Display, wireless charger, touch sensor, and general knowledge of computer hardware and software.
-Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
-Market information analysis: Collect and analyze information on competitor’s business portfolios, demographics, preferences, weaknesses and strengths to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
