●会社戦略計画の策定
- 戦略イニシアチブの策定・ターゲット設定・アクションプラン策定
- 会社戦略に沿ったプロジェクト投資アロケーションの策定
- グループへの報告資料策定・報告
- 会社戦略の会社全体への周知

●会社戦略計画の実行状況の管理・報告
- 各ビジネスユニットと連携し、戦略アクションの実行状況（マイルストーン・KPI)をモニタリング
- 戦略イニシアチブの問題点・リスクの管理・解決

●マーケット(競合環境)調査・レポートの作成
- マーケット環境の調査、報告資料作成・ExComへの報告（四半期毎）

●子会社管理
- 子会社戦略策定の管理
- グループシナジーイニシアチブの策定・管理・実行支援

●新規事業機会の創出
- 戦略的パートナーシップの構築
- M&A業務のサポート

We are supporting ExCom (CxO level) to develop company strategy, and leading to execute our new strategy . You can work closely with this company’s executives and Group (Paris, Hong Kong), and lead company wide transformation.

●Develop company wide strategy
- Set Strategic iniaitive with the target and action plans
- Set the project investment alloocation to align with company strategy
- Develop the document for strategic narratives to report the Group
- Notify the company strategy to entire company

●Monitor and report status of execution of strategy
- Monitor the status of　strategic actions (milestones, KPIs) with each business unit
- Manage issues and risk for the strategic initaitives

●Research and report market (competitions)
- Research and report market environment to ExCom (every Quarter)

●Subsidiary management
- Manage development of subsidiaries’ strategy
- Develop, manage, support to execute for group synergy initaitves

●New business development
- Seek and develop strategic initiatives
- Support for M&A opportunities

●必須能力・経験
・四大卒以上
・戦略的思考
・交渉能力
・PPT/Excel基礎能力
・英語力（少なくとも英語力向上の努力を惜しまない）

●望ましい能力・経験
・エグゼクティブ(CxO level)との仕事経験
・マーケティング、データ分析、プレゼンテーションスキル
・プロジェクトマネジメント
・企画部門での業務経験、ビジネスパートナーとの協業経験
・英語力（スピーキング：ビジネスレベル以上）
