当社グループの人事採用担当として、採用戦略の立案から実行、推進まで、採用における業務全般をお任せします。
具体的には以下を担当いただきます。

・中途、新卒の採用戦略の立案
・採用代行業者（RPO）のマネジメント
・採用ブランディングの推進（広告、イベント、SNS、自社ホームページの活用など）
・人材紹介会社のマネジメント
・採用媒体の運用
・スカウトを活用した採用戦略の立案
・HRBPとの連携フローの構築
・効果的な選考フローの構築
・KPI管理

As the person in charge of human resource recruitment for Our Group, I am responsible for all aspects of recruitment, from planning to implementing and promoting recruitment strategies.
Specifically, you will be in charge of the following.

・Planning strategies for mid-career and new graduate recruitment
・Management of recruitment agencies (RPO)
・Promotion of recruitment branding (Use of advertising, events, SNS, and company websites)
・Management of recruitment agencies
・operation of recruitment media
・Develop recruitment strategies using scouts
・Construction of cooperation flow with HRBP
・Building an effective selection flow
・KPI Management

●必須スキル・経験
・採用業務経験　3年以上
・人事部門での業務経験　計5年以上
・ベンチャー企業での採用業務経験

< Must Have >
・Employment experience of 3 years or more
・Five years or more of experience in human resources
・Career experience at a venture company
・hiring branding experience

●歓迎スキル・経験
・採用ブランディングの経験
・採用業務以外の人事業務経験（労務、制度設計、人材開発、HRBP等）
・RPO を活用した採用実務経験
・営業もしくはマーケティングの経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語（海外出身の社員との業務が発生するため）

<Nice to Have>
・Human resources experience other than recruitment (Labor, institutional design, human resource development, HRBP, etc.)
・Hiring experience utilizing RPO
・Sales or marketing experience
・Business-level English (due to work with employees from overseas)
