RESPONSIBILITY
●Key Accountabilities
【Being a successful IT project manager (representing IT teams)】
・ Being as an IT representative in project teams. Provide general project execution services focused on IT activities.
・ Collaborate very closely with various stakeholders both in IT and business teams and understand goal of project activities.
・ Understand business process and requirement. Discuss and plan project activities with stakeholders.
・ Manage and control the scope of activities with stakeholders.
・ Plan and manage resource and budget, including forecast, coworking with business representatives.
・ Plan, manage and control IT activities as an ITPM in project team.
・ Report IT activity status to project team; report generation and its presentation will be required.

【Improve and enhance team capability】
・ Lead ITPM team; help and guide ITPMs in the team(expected to be a role model for ITPM).
・ Organize and lead discussions, revise and adjust in-house project management methodologies. Diffuse the methodologies to all stakeholders for better efficiency and quality.
・ Proactively involving stakeholders in and outside of IT organizations to promote process and quality improvement.
・ Enforce required project governance and internal policies across all project actives.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
●Requirements (1): Technical skills, Job experiences
- [Must have] More than 8 years of project management in IT system/software implementation.
- [Must have] More than 5 years of team management of small group.
- [Must have] Person who have knowledge and experience and can rebuild the process.
Software development background including hands-on experiences（proficiency in SDLC, understanding on CICD and experience in agile project management）

●Requirements (2): Behavioral skills
- Should be a good team player and a lead. Expected to be fair and non-biased.
- Should be able to lead communications with various stakeholders who have different perspectives and interests

●Requirements (3): Certificate, Education background
Not mandatory but nice to have qualifications such as PMP, PM, Scrum Master, etc.

●Requirements (4): Language skills
[Must have] Both verbal and written proficient communication skill in Japanese and English.

●Other comments
As a prerequisite, we are looking for someone with ITPM experience, good communication skills, and fluency in Japanese and English. Besides that, we are looking for someone who have knowledge and experience in programming and agile, and who can rebuild the process as well.

Requirements (3): Certificate, Education background
Not mandatory but nice to have qualifications such as PMP, PM, Scrum Master, etc.
