仕事内容

The Investor Relationship officer work as a team with Business Development by acquiring new mandates and
provide client management services to existing clients. This position requires creating and updating marketing
materials, analysis of competitors and clients. This position is not a middle office function. This requires client
facing roles.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Create/translate marketing materials, monthly/quarterly reports, and ad hoc reports in Japanese
Conduct competitor and client analysis
Strengthen relationship with existing clients
Conduct quarterly review meeting, client seminar, workshop as necessary
Liaise with overseas offices

必要スキル

Qualifications:
7-10 years of relevant work experience as a relationship manger or product development (but not limited)
Experience in Financial Institutions (Investment Management Firm is preferable)
University degree
Able to work evenings as needed
Teamwork spirit
Self-starter and Self-management skill
Good communication skill (in Japanese and English)
Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Knowledge of fixed income / alternative
