The Software Tester ensures the optimal quality of our software applications for millions of users across the world. The Software Tester will be an integrated part of the software development division of Ink Division team. The Software Tester works closely with developers, project managers, product managers, support and other testers on delivering innovative consumer applications for mobile devices, web and desktop.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Act as advocate for user and experience that we deliver to him
2. Work without supervision
3. Review product documentation
4. Design test cases and test procedures
5. Plan regression testing
6. Write and Execute Test Cases
7. Report issues, Retest and keep hygiene of Bug Tracking system
8. Perform HW-SW integration tests
9. Provide status of product quality
10. Participate in meetings
11. Create test reports
12. Communicate with users
13. Work with support team on customer cases investigation
14. Share knowledge with team members
15. Work closely with HW QA team in Wacom to ensure HW-SW integration quality

1) 2+ experience as a software tester
2) Experience in testings of :
　-Functional testing of desktop applications
　-Regression testing
　-Integration testing
　-Testing under different environments Desktop, mobile, cloud, remote
3) Strong knowledge of software testing and software development processes and methodologies
4) Strong knowledge in test cases development techniques
5) Practical experience in work with requirements (analyzing, clarification)
6) Demonstrated high attention to detail and organization
7) To be able to work independently as well as a solid part of a team and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
8) Self-motivated and a quick learner
9) Participation in task planning, estimation, and risks evaluation processes
10) Experience with Jira or other tools for Test management and Defect tracking
11) Business Japanese, English for writing.
