●職務の目的
ビジネス情報セキュリティ担当者としてグループ標準および規制要件に準拠して、情報資産を適切なレベルで保護すること。
又、チームメンバーと協力して、セキュリティレベルを向上させ、社員のセキュリティ意識を高めること

●Job Purpose
Ensure Business Information Security to have an appropriate level of protection for its information assets, in keeping with Group Standards and Regulatory requirements.
Cooperate with team members to improve security level and raise awareness.

●主な成果責任（アカウンタビリティ）
継続的に企業の情報セキュリティ対策および関連する改善計画の実装をサポートする。
・ 情報セキュリティプロジェクトを主導し、実装する
・ 事業部門のセキュリティリスクを監視し、その評価を行い経営陣およびグルー　　プに包括的なレポートを提供します

ビジネスの観点や要件を考慮しながらセキュリティ改善プロジェクトを実装する
・ 情報セキュリティの要件に対する実装状況を監視および報告する。

脆弱性、サイバー攻撃に対する復元、セキュリティインシデント管理をサポートする
・ 侵入テストの実施とその後の改善実装をサポートする
・ セキュリティインシデントへの対応
・ サイバー攻撃に備えた対策、Webアセットメンテナンス、セキュアSDLCプログラムをサポートする。

セキュリティアーキテクチャフレームワークをサポートする
・ 情報セキュリティ要件を満たしたアーキテクチャの開発、保守、更新をサポートします

リスク評価された要件に対して管理と監査アクションをサポートする
・ 外部ベンダーのリスク管理プログラムを実行する
・ グローバルおよびローカルの評価プログラムに貢献する
・ 監査行動計画の実施

●Key Accountabilities
Support delivery of the yearly company information security countermeasure and associated improvement plan.
・ Lead and Execute Information Security projects
・ Monitor the security risk exposure of his/her responsibly business unit, and provide comprehensive reports to Management and Group

Execute Security improvement projects from a point of business
・ Implement tools and processes for Information Security.
・ Monitor and report on delivery of Information Security requirements.

Support Vulnerability, Cyber Resiliency and Security Incident Management
・ Support Penetration Test and subsequent remediation
・ Respond to security incidents
・ Support Cyber resiliency, Web Asset maintenance, Secure SDLC program.

Support the security architecture framework
・ Support the development, maintenance and update of the Information Security Architecture
・ Contribute to the projects related to the development of the IS Strategy & Architecture function

Support Risk Management and Audit actions
・ Execute 3rd Party Risk Management Program
・ Contribute to Global and local assurance programs
・ Execute Audit Action Plan

保険商品とそのシステムに関する基本的な理解または保険業界での経験（推奨）

Work experience in Application Development (no minimum number of years set)
Basic understanding about Insurance Product and its system or experience from insurance industry (Preferred)
(for English speakers) understand document written in difficult Japanese (i.e. contract paper, system function document) and at least understand what Native Japanese speaker says
