主な職責は、複数の関係者と連絡・調整しながら、優先順位に従ってプロジェクトを遂行することです。英語を使用するIT部門のメンバー、特に開発チームと協働してプロジェクトの範囲の決定や推進、創造的なソリューションの提案や成果物の提供をサポートいただきます。

・チームのプロジェクトポートフォリオ全体を管理し、プロジェクトの完了を支援
・プロジェクトの範囲と目的の決定、関係者と協働し要件定義
・目的を達成するためのリソースの見積りとその効果的かつ効率的なリソース管理
・詳細なプロジェクトスケジュールと作業計画の作成と管理
・開発者とのミーティング実施、JIRAによるタスク管理
・戦略、調整、進捗に関するプロジェクト関係者への定期的なステータス報告
・改善点を特定するためのプロジェクトのパフォーマンス管理
・ミーティングの運営、決定事項とアクション・アイテムの管理

Our team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work in a dynamic, bilingual enterprise environment. If you are an organized self-starter, and interested in advancing your career with a leading Japanese company, please apply.
Upon joining, you will be assigned to one of the teams within us. We work across a wide variety of projects, facing off to our stakeholders across retail and wholesale businesses.
Your main responsibility will be to connect with stakeholders and ensure that their project priorities are delivered. Additionally you will work closely with the IT departments where English is predominantly used. You will also work closely with development teams, helping them scope and deliver their project, finding creative solutions, and guiding them to produce value, delivered quickly.

・Manage overall project portfolio for the team, and help drive projects to completion
・Define project scope and objectives. Work with stakeholders to define requirements.
・Estimate resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
・Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
・Take part in meetings with developers and assign tasks to them in JIRA.
・Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
・Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
・Facilitate meetings and track decisions and action items

●必須要件
・ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語
・関連する学士号または同等の実務経験
・高い対人能力とコミュニケーション能力
・プロジェクトの範囲、予算、スケジュールに従ってプロジェクトを完了した経験
・4年以上のプロジェクト管理または関連する経験
・ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトの管理、開発者と協働した経験
・問題を創造的に解決した経験
・プロジェクト管理ソフトウェアのツールやベスト・プラクティスに関する十分な知識
・ライフサイクル全体を通じたプロジェクト管理の経験
・優れた分析能力と情報整理能力

●Mandatory
・Native or extremely fluent Japanese language ability a must. Business English or close required.
・Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
・Strong interpersonal skills and communication ability
・Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
・4+ years of project management and related experience
・Experience managing software development projects and working with developers
・Proven ability to solve problems creatively
・Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
・Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
・Excellent analytical skills and able to organize information
