Carry out teardown based benchmark analysis of Automotive Hardware Electronics and EV Motor and Controllers
Generate cost reduction ideas and substantiating it.

● Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

1. Experience in power electronics product tear down, benchmarking
2. Experience in value engineering for product like Inverter, DCDC, OBC, BLDC Motor
3. Should be able to prepare electronics BOM, BOM costing
4. Based on teardown data should be able to work out various cost reduction ideas for electronics circuit
5. Must understand various power supply topologies, for DC-DC Convertor, inverter, DCDC, PFC techniques along with magnetics design for motors
6. Should have worked on high-speed switching devices like MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC MOSFETs etc.

● Nice-to-have skills

1.PCB manufacturing techniques
2.Hands on experience in using testing & debugging tools like emulators, DSO, Logic Analyzer etc for board bring-up.
3.Exposure to complete hardware development life cycle
4.Automotive domain experience
5.Customer interaction and front facing
6.Good in oral and writing communication in Japanese (JLPT 〜N3)
