データマネジメントテクノロジー (DMT) チームでは、データ発見、見つけやすさ、管理統括、クリーンアップ、アクセスを含めたデータマネジメントフレームワークを活用し、グループデータオフィス (GDO) へ技術サービスを提供しています。このポジションでは、東京を拠点に世界に分散したチームの一員として内製・外注のデータマネジメントアプリケーションの開発およびレベル3サポートを担当いただきます。

GDOの成長戦略の一環としてDMT Japanは、日本のグループ会社とグローバルホールセールにサービスを提供しながら、データソリューションおよびエンジニアリングの中核的拠点となるために規模を拡大しています。企業レベルのクラウドデータストレージの他、データサービス、迅速なプロトタイピング、マシンラーニング、AI等の処理能力を構築しています。

The Data Management Technology (DMT) team is responsible for supporting the Group Data Office (GDO) by providing technology services underpinning the firm’s capabilities across the data management framework including data discovery, findability, governance, clean-up and access. Based in Tokyo, this position will be part of a globally distributed team and be responsible for the development and Level 3 support of in-house built and third party data management applications.

As part of a GDO growth strategy, DMT Japan are undergoing an ambitious expansion to create a data solutions and engineering centre of excellence, servicing Japan Group companies and Global Wholesale. Building enterprise level cloud data storage, compute capability along with data services, rapid proto-typing, ML and AI etc.

●Responsibilities:
・DMTチームにおける東京の開発リード
・新規もしくは既存のグローバル企業向けのソリューションの開発、統合、サポートにおける技術者としての実務作業
・ビジネス主導のデータイニシアチブにおけるプロトタイプの開発・サポート
・GDOメンバーと協力してアプリケーションの要件定義
・ビジネス要件へのテクニカルソリューション提供に向けた開発チームの管理、コーチング、トレーニング

・Development lead for the DMT team in Tokyo
・Work ‘hands-on’ with Functional Leads across DMT to build, integrate & support new and existing global enterprise solutions
・Support and build rapid prototypes to support business-driven data initiatives
・Partner with GDO members to understand their application requirements
・Line-manage, coach and train a team of developers to deliver technical solutions that meet business driven requirements

●必須要件
・コンピュータサイエンス、数学、または、エンジニアリングの学士号
・流暢またはネイティブレベルの日本語の読み書き
・1年以上の社内利害関係者との日本語によるコミュニケーション経験
・8年以上のアプリケーション開発経験
・6年以上のJavaでの開発経験。Java 8以上を利用した開発経験を含む
・5年以上の開発チームリーダー経験
・複雑なグローバル環境において技術ソリューションを提供した実績
・データレークもしくはビッグデータのプラットフォームを構築・運用した経験
・複雑なSQLを書けること (SQL Server、Oracle、または同様なデータベース)
・Linux/UnixのコマンドラインおよびShell Scriptを書けること
・DevOpsの原則や実務での導入に関する業務経験
・自動化、API、セルフサービスモデルを通した変革への意欲

●Mandatory
・Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Math or Engineering discipline
・Fluent or native Japanese for both verbal and written communication
・1+ year daily verbal and written Japanese communication with internal stakeholders
・8+ years of total development experience
・6+ years of Java development experience including recent hands-on Core Java (v.8 or later)
・5+ years development team leadership
・Proven track record delivering technical solutions in a complex global environment
・Experience building/maintaining data lakes and/or big data based platforms
・Proficient in writing complex SQL (on SQL Server, Oracle or similar databases)
・Proficient in Linux/Unix command line and shell scripting
・Strong working knowledge of DevOps principles and practical implementation challenges
・A desire to drive change through automation, APIs and self-service models.

・関連する金融サービス技術の実務経験
・クラウド環境でのシステム開発経験
・データセキュリティーの原則と実装課題に関する知識
・アプリケーションおよびデータのアーキテクチャモデルとデザインパターンの知識
・オフショアチームとの実務経験
・以下のいずれかの開発スキルの実務経験
　- Python 2.7/3.0
　- Snowflake
　- AWS cloud
　- NoSQL/コラム型データベース
　- Restful APIs and GraphQL
　- Messaging systems, 例えば Kafka, Solace, Pulsarなど

●Preferred
・TOEIC Gold-level (860+), TOEFL, IELTS or equivalent business English communication with peers and internal stakeholders
・Relevant financial services technology experience
・Experience developing applications for public/private/hybrid clouds
・Proficient understanding of Data Security principles and implementation challenges
・Proficient understanding of application and data architecture models and design patterns
・Experience working with offshore teams.
