●Role Description:

The main role of the Client Services Department is to provide effective and useful information for 2types of clients.
For Institutional Clients: Create and maintain RFP for Professional Clients
For Retail Clients: Create sales materials for Non-professional Clients and distributors (Banks, Securities)
Our team consists of 4 staff members who produce ‘ Ad-hoc reports’, ‘Sales Brochures’, ‘Materials for Seminars/ Client Study Sessions’ and ‘RFP’.
The opportunities offering our products are increasing.
We hope hiring a new staff member as a producer of sales materials including RFP.
Role Responsibilities and Tasks :

Creating ‘Ad-hoc reports’, ‘Sales Brochures’, ‘Materials for Seminars/ Client Study Sessions’ and so on for retail clients and distributors.
Producing ‘RFP’ for professional clients.

We are looking for someone who has accuracy, knowledge of financial market and economy, skills of producing materials (Excel, Power Point, Word, Bloomberg), research skill, the spirit of inquiry, experience in asset management business(if it possible).

●Experience/ Exposure:

Experience working in an asset management company, trust bank as a producer of materials for professional Institutions (RFP).
Sufficient knowledge on retail mutual fund industry
Good PC skills in Excel, Word and Power Point to prepare sales materials, ad-hoc presentation materials.

●Education/ Qualifications:

College / University degree
Native in Japanese, and average in English
Other industry qualifications such as CMA/CFA, JSDA qualifications, etc. (optional)
3+ years of buy-side experience.
