仕事内容
〈Position Overview〉
The company is a trusted partner, helping individuals and institutional investors grow their wealth over many years. The primary responsibility of the Institutional Sales is to identify opportunities and develop relationships with Institutional investors and investment consultants in assigned institutional market channels. This is a replacement hire and with a high self-motivated person with institutional sales experience, while we aim not only to reinform the team but also to diversify the team.
●Roles and Responsibilities:
Build/maintain long term client relationship and manage client assets to achieve sales of products/services
Expand existing relationship through leverage of the contact and the company’s resource network
Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities
Leverages the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with pension consultants
Cultivate new businesss opportunity
Strong motivation to overcome a challenge
Effectively communicate the investment philosophy, strategies and performance to clients
Conduct investors seminar and study session
Accurately and successfully represent the company
High Adaptivity to the change
Interact with other teams for efficient operations
People Management- be able to act as a role model to the junior staff
Able to teach and develop and be a tutor role for a youg professional

必要スキル
●Experience/Exposure
Experience with proven ability to maintain/develop clients relationship, preferably across asset classes
Strong product knowledge
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills be able to build the trust and confidence of clients espeically at sr. mgmt level with 3 major banks
Ability to explain and discuss sophisticated investment strategies and complex investment attitude
Excellent relationship management skills and experience, along with a high standard of public speaking and presentation experience
PC skills (EXCEL, POWER POINT, WORD, BLOOMBERG etc)
3-5 years minimum experience in investment/asset management
(Proven sales experience, ideally with established relationships with Japanese insurance sector is good to have)
●Education/Qualifications
Educated to degree level
Native level in Japanese (written, reading and speaking)
Business to fluent level English (written, reading and speaking)
Self motivated individual with a commitment to excellence
Professional attitude with strong desire to succeed
Able to prioritize the key initiative across a broad range of opportunities and relationships
JSDA level is good but not must (Company will support after joining)
