【Summary】
The Systems Engineer is a systems infrastructure role served by experienced technologists with a diverse set of skills ranging from end-user-support, systems, network, IT security, data center and vendor management. This team is a highly skilled unit responsible for all aspect of IT infrastructure from capacity planning, implementation, configuration and troubleshooting. The team services both internal and external clients by maintain a healthy state on server and network infrastructure, as well as data center planning and management. The Systems Engineer team works closely with Sales and Trade Desk to provide client connectivity needs and internal network, development and security team on system troubleshooting and implementations


【Responsibilities】
●Client Connectivity / Network Management Working other teams to coordinate and implement
change requests to onboard or modify customer connections; provision new circuits and process
circuit terminations within data centers. Configure port and ACL accordingly and assist in client
connectivity testing.
●Data Center Management - Server room design and setup, server and other network device
installation, cable patching and troubleshooting
●Office/End User Support Maintain and support office infrastructure, system domains, and enduser computing devices. Software patching and to provide troubleshooting support to end users
when needed.
●Vendor & Inventory Management Coordinate with IT vendors on purchase requests, as well as
maintaining IT asset inventory, schedule and supervise dispatched on-site engineers
●Operational Support Provide operational support to Sales, Trade Desk and other Technology
teams
●Provide technical expertise for 1st and 2nd line IT support staff, sharing technical knowledge.
●Monitor, diagnose and resolve problems with key IT systems to ensure systems work efficiently.
●Management of networks (local), security (VPN)servers, storage, backup, telephony platform
and desktop systems (hardware, software and maintenance)

【Requirements】
●High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical or Vocational School is required.
●Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering,
Business, Financial Services, Communications, or a related discipline.)
●Minimum of 3 years work experience: Manage and configure of Cisco/Arista switches
●Minimum of 3 years work experience: Linux Shell/Administration
●Minimum of 3 years work experience: Windows (Active Directory) management, troubleshooting
●Minimum of 2 years work experience: End-User support
●Minimum of 1 year work experience: SQL
●Native Level Japanese, Fluent in English
●English is required and Japanese proficiency a plus.
