ホールセールIT部のデータサービス課銘柄チームは、株、債券、および上場デリバティブの銘柄属性情報を社内システムに設定・管理しており、銘柄属性情報をタイムリーに幅広く社内ユーザーに提供しております。サポートの範囲はフロントからバックオフィスおよび国内リテールとホールセールビジネスを含み、様々なビジネス処理に携わる中枢的な業務となります。業務は以前オペレーション部門にありましたが、自動化の促進を加速するため現在はホールセールIT部にあります。銘柄属性という観点から金融商品知識を高め、プロジェクトや自動化促進に携わる機会を提供しております。

Instrument Data Team under Wholesale IT Dept. is responsible to set up and maintain Instrument Data within internal applications to provide timely and accurate data to internal consumers in Japan. The type of instrument data range from EQ, Fixed Income, and F&O. This function previously existed in Operations, and now has moved into IT Department to accelerate automation initiatives. Due to wide scope of internal users, the candidate will have opportunity to work closely with data users across front to back office, and across both Retail and Wholesale business. In addition to learning various aspects of Instrument Data, the candidate will have opportunity to participate and drive various projects and automation initiatives.

●Responsibilities
・株、債券、先物オプションにおける銘柄属性情報の設定と管理
・社内ユーザーからの設定依頼や各種問い合わせのサポート（リテールおよびホールセールを含む）
・プロジェクトのサポートやデータのアナリシス
・業務改善や自動化の推進

・Maintain Instrument data in Japan local applications and global instrument data master for Japan and AEJ.
・Support local and global initiatives/projects
・Communicate effectively with internal users and counterparts within/across region to support their requirements
・Conduct data analysis and support process improvements

●Mandatory
・3年以上の金融業界での社会人経験　
・日本語必須
・データ入力などの細かい作業を正確に行うことができる方
・データのアナリシス
・積極的に業務改善を提案し、推進・実行に移すことができる方
・チームワークを得意とすること

・Over 3 years of experience in financial industry/or Vendor engaging in instrument data maintenance
・Native Japanese language
・High regard for attention to detail and accuracy
・Effective time management skill
・Ability to handle pressure, high volume & risk
・Analytical skill to review logics to improve data quality/Process
・Team player

●Preferred
・オペレーション、ミドルオフィス、決済などの経験　
・ビジネスレベルの英語
・株、債券、先物・オプションの商品知識　
・ブルームバーグやロイターなどのベンダ—情報の知識

・Experience in Operations, Middle Office, and Settlement functions
・Business level in English
・Knowledge of instrument data across asset class including EQ, FI, F&O
・Vendor knowledge including Bloomberg and Reuters
