・Manage and lead a team in Japan that execute day to day BAU process to set up and maintain Instrument data. (EQ, Fixed Income, F&O across Japan/AEJ)
・Face off local Japanese stakeholders in both Retail and Wholesale business, as well as stakeholders in other regions.
・Manage and drive key projects and deliverables for the instrument domain as project lead/ project manager
・Partner with other regional leads of the domain to drive global instrument data agenda
・Act as escalation point for incident management, enhancing control and risk management
・Identify and drive automation/innovation for the team

●Mandatory
・Minimum 3 year experience of successfully managing a team in a financial organization or in a vendor handling Instrument data
・Experienced in a team that handles at least one of the following asset class: EQ, Fixed Income, F&O
・Solid track record indicate ability to drive and manage change in an organization
・Ability to manage a local/global project as a Project Manager/key lead
・Native level Japanese/Business Level English
・Strong communication skills to communicate with a diverse group
・Ability to work under pressure, and lead a team during a time of change
・Ability to review and improve a process, and implement measures to reduce/mitigate risk
・Attention to details, and ability to analyse data
・Proficient in excel/word, creation of power point presentation

●Preferred
・Experience in Operation functions including Middle Office / Settlements
・Knowledge of RPA, SQL, Cloud
