We are seeking a Market Data Operation Manager to support User ID management, payment to the vendors, accounting, Data Base (MDM) building, and Reporting. The role is based in Tokyo and the successful candidate will work as part of an existing team for Market Data Content.
Our Group utilize various Information Vendors’ services in Business. In order for business to acquire the necessary information smoothly, the success candidate will support business from the operation. Through the appropriate User ID management, and Data Base Construction, the success candidate will contribute to capture the use case properly, support business decision making, and cost control for the company.
In addition, the successful candidate will engage in the global initiated operational standardization and automation, and challenge for the process re-engineering using the leading-edge technology.

・金融機関/情報ベンダーでの業務経験
・エクセル分析スキル

・日本語でのコミュニケーション能力、対人能力

●Mandatory
・A proven track record of Market Data administration
・Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
・Collaboration with global team members in other regions
・Strong Japanese communication and interpersonal skills

・MDSL社のMDM/RPMシステムの知識および利用経験

●Preferred
・A good understanding of Market Data delivery systems
・Working knowledge of MDSL’s MDM and RPM system are desirable

●Key objectives critical to success
・Work with Legal and Compliance teams where necessary to ensure that all contracts are commercially and legally sound and approved before signature.
・A good understanding of Exchange policy and compliance and ensure correct exchange licenses are in place to minimize the risk of data audits.
・Collaboration with global team members in other regions and divisions, working effectively remotely and across time zones.
