仕事内容
国内大手企業と外資系との合弁会社での下記業務
<Key Responsibilities>
● Support CEO/COO by advising on related matters to contribute to strengthening the organization
●Become the trusted support to CEO/COO and other senior managers.
●Create annual budget for HR & GA related activities, including IT-related, etc.
●Establish annual recruiting program
●Develop trust and credibility of all employees
●Ensuring that the company makes decisions consistent with shareholders’ core values and remains a fun and rewarding place to work
Keep up to date on Employment Law, Pay and Benefit developments and competitor activity to attract employees

必要スキル
<Requirements Experience>
Significant experience in HR - covering HR Operations and HRBP, recruiting, training employee relations
Experience in the following points:
- managing human resources for a geographically dispersed business
- handling compliance as it relates to human resources issues and audits
- participating in annual compensation and benefits benchmarking exercise
- Resolving employment related disputes.
<Personality>
Willing and able to flex seamlessly between operating at a business partner and “rolling his/her sleeves up” to ensure operational HR day-to-day activities are executed seamlessly
Adaptable, flexible & positive personality with a significant capacity for learning & innovating
Well-versed, or have the capacity to gain knowledge in country specific employment laws and practices
<Other skills/Abilities>
Basic skills of Microsoft Office products and corporate HRIS systems
Superior written/oral communications skills both in English and Japanese, as well as the ability to present his/her views in a clear and compelling manner
<Preferred/ Expected>
Company Experience
Experience in American owned business
A diploma/degree level of education in HR field is preferred. The qualification itself is not as critical as the fact that it demonstrates the strong intellectual curiosity and results-orientation that we seek.
