仕事内容

●Your role
Development planning / Value-add (""VA"") planning
Lead feasibility study/technical due diligence/underwriting
Selection of vendors including general contractors/negotiation and day-to-day communication with vendors and as the asset manager during development/value-add period.
Coordinate and control development process including building design, approval process, building cost and quality, and completion of building over the entire development/VA period, and provide appropriate sign-offs.
Monitor and control of budget and schedule, cash management of SPCs during development

Asset management of developed assets, especially core and value-add assets in multifamily
Source development opportunities, jointly work with acquisition team

必要スキル

●Your expertise
+ 10 years of real estate development, architectural design, asset management experience at asset management company, architectural design firm, or developers
Experience of real estate development using Special Purpose Companies (Godo Gaisha合同会社, Tokutei Mokuteki Gaisha特定目的会社)
Strong in residential development (preferable)
Capable of investment memo writing using Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Real Estate Brokerage License (宅地建物取引主任者) holder
First Class Architectural License (一級建築士) holder
