Summary
The key responsibilities for this position are to lead the team that covers all fixed income (and certain equity index funds)
related client services in the US hours and manage wide range of clients’ requests in cooperation with our US and Japanese
entities as well as being in charge of client service roles for our East Asia clients.
Responsibilities
Build and lead the team which can achieve the clients’ requirement (be a escalation point and provide adequate OJT
and Knowledge transfer)
Build strong relationship with the relevant teams such as Investment managers, traders, credit analysts, Middle office,
guideline monitoring division, reporting team and legal compliance in order to proceed smooth business
Lead all clients’ on-site in the US (or UK) and virtual meetings with East Asia Clients (including translation with
investment teams, preparing client meeting material and leading prep-meetings)
Manage wide range of inquiries and requests including but not limited to market environment, individual credit
fundamentals, trading activities, performance, guideline related matters and day to day operation from various
channels along with preparing necessary data in a timely manner
Prepare daily reports in cooperation with our US reporting team and deliver them to the clients
Handle ad-hock requests from East Asia team and solve them in the US hours

Requirements
More than 7 years’ experience in investment management firms(especially client service division and/or client
reporting division)
More than 5 years’ Management experience in the relevant industries
Have fixed income related experience

Have experience of client report creation and prefer to have investment review meetings (present quarterly reviews
for the clients)
Understand Neuberger Berman’s culture (client first)
Business English (high level)
Relevant US working visa or Green card holder
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Science, Math preferred
High communication skills especially with Japanese sales, product management team and trading desk in the US
Good prioritizing skills and multi task skills
Desire to work in team-orientated environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Market and investment strategy knowledge in private equity, hedge fund and traditional assets
