仕事内容

●The role (job purpose)
To achieve business growth in terms of revenues, gross profit and contribution through in Engineer domain.
・ Business strategy and planning; actively leading the development and growth of our engineer business to a market leading position.
・ Steering and managing the business; developing short and long term strategic objectives.
・ People leadership; recruit, manage and develop employees.

●Main accountabilities
The main accountability areas for this position are:
1. New Sales and & client expansion
2. Nationwide business expansion
3. Operations strategy
4. People leadership

1. Acquisition & client management
Key activities:
・ Develop and maintain high level business relations with external stakeholders and networks to profile the business and to identify new business opportunities for Engineer domain.
・ In collaboration with the local Sales managers provide leadership and support to managers in developing new and difficult clients, through client visits, to drive business development and growth.
・ Collaborate with the Sector Sales Directors to optimize the market opportunities for the Division.
・ Realize the cross-selling by collaborating with other business leaders (General Staffing, Inhouse, professionals)

2. Operations strategy
Key activities:
・ Contribute to and translate the business strategy into clear objectives and targets for the division and conduct regular management reviews to provide direction and steering and to support the execution of operational strategies.
・ Introduce the most effective and efficient model of operations.
・ Seek the new business opportunities, not only Staffing but Outsourcing and business model.
・ Provide direction to managers on the preparation of annual and quarterly business plans, and regular forecasts to support effective operational planning and management.
・ Provide support to managers in resolving difficult issues, in accordance with company policy, legislation and regulations.
・ Ensure the company has an adequate Risk Management Plan, which is monitored, reviewed and kept up to date.

3. People leadership
Key activities:
・ Provide leadership, coaching and support to teams to ensure that they perform to the maximum of their abilities and to ensure teams work efficiently together.
・ Lead and sponsor training of staff to support personal development plans.
・ Lead recruitment to ensure alignment with business priorities and needs.
・ Ensure that all teams fully comply with both Company practice and legal requirements.
・ Track the individual performance and decide the specific actions to improve

The Division Director is accountable for the achievement of business targets.

・ Revenue
・ GP
・ Contribution (EBITA)
・ GP/PE
・ New Sales

・ Engagement score
・ New Starts
・ Net Increase EW

必要スキル

●Experience
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in a Engineer recruitment environment, ideally with the
background of especially IT Engineer, and people and project management experiences.

●Personal Characteristics
The successful individual will demonstrate strong people management and leadership skills in driving people
processes and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Communication and relationship building skills would need to be highly effective with the ability to organize,
inspire, motivate and lead initiatives through diverse teams, and also to collaborate with other business leaders
(General Staffing, Inhouse, Professionals) .
To be successful the individual will show an enthusiasm to share, develop, coach and mentor and will have a
strong commitment to customer service, effective communication and follow through.
