【Responsibilities】
・First and foremost, ensure the on-time and issue-free delivery of required IT capabilities in line with the business expansion schedule.
・As the IT representatives in a multi-disciplinary project team, collaborate pro-actively with management from each function to clarify and agree requirements based on the business implementation plan, ensuring that IT-related risks are identified and mitigated and own all IT-related issues and resolutions.
・Acquire investment approval from executive management, manage cost and keep senior IT management informed of project status, risks and issues.
・Own the overall IT project, maintaining accurate and current project schedules, activity lists, issue registers and meeting minutes and directing or supporting IT systems teams as necessary to achieve the required outcomes.
・Ensure all on-site IT works are delivered as required by coordinating with or assisting in-region IT staff and where necessary coordinate directly with IT vendors on site, including overseas.
・Own the overall implementation process and work with all teams to clarify, agree and implement any necessary improvements.

【Requirements】
・Deep experience managing or supporting international projects required.
・Proven ability to lead or coordinate multiple teams of various sizes and capabilities and see them through to completion is required.
・PMP or similar project management qualification is welcomed.
・Experience in an IT consulting role on major projects is especially welcomed.
・Knowledge of retail store systems is particularly welcomed.

【Language skill】
・English-Japanese bilingual capability required (TOEIC 800 / JLPT N1).
