仕事内容
Core Corporate Technology team partners with Corporate Divisions including Legal, Compliance, Human Resources (HR), Internal Audit (IA) and Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) to deliver and support technology solutions. Japan based team is part of global team with footprints in Europe, US, Asia Ex-Japan and offshore team in India.
Within Core Corporate Technology, this role will be responsible for end to end management of technology needs for Japan HR, CRES and IA divisions. Team’s current focus is on a largescale HR system transformation project completion and transition to stable “business as usual” state. In addition, several mid to small size initiatives and ongoing support activities are being managed with a small team and in partnership with vendors & counterparts in other regions.
This is a growing area with likely expansion of Japan based team to support several large scale initiatives in coming months.
●Responsibilities:
・End to end management to support and deliver technology needs of Corporate divisions like HR, CRES and IA
・Managing delivery of several technology projects for different stakeholder groups
・Establishing and managing support organization to ensure ongoing stability of technology systems
・Communication with and management of various vendors and service providers
・Partnering with stakeholders including at department heads level to define and execute technology strategy
・Collaborate with counterparts in other regions and in different timezones
・Interact with teams including support services, infrastructure, IT security & governance, Internal Audit and other application support teams for various initiatives
・Managing, mentoring and coaching a team of permanent employees and contractors
・Planning and managing financials for the function
・Provide guidance to the development team to define technology solution and provide oversight during all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle
