|職種||COMPLIANCE ANALYST, LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE|
|仕事内容||We seek a Compliance Analyst to support us.
This position will focus mainly on ensuring that we have effective arrangements in the regulatory compliance sections of our Compliance Program.
The Compliance Analyst will have a substantial role in supporting the Compliance Program of the firm. This will include such as, but not limited to:
Working closely with the Compliance Officer in Tokyo to ensure that the firm policy and procedure reflects local requirements, and support reviewing or creating the policy and procedure.
Assist with any new regulatory risk assessment processes, run regulatory internal compliance monitoring program, and any follow up of internal control reviews conducted by third parties.
Review of marketing materials for all business groups to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Support to handle company secretarial matters, such as filing/notifying to FSA, ITA, JIAA. We will also expect the Analyst to assist with Administrative tasks related to legal matters to assist Asian Legal colleagues.
Deliver compliance trainings to eligible employees.
Provide advices to business, handle issues arise from business.
Support corporate governance activities in various ways.
Participating in department or firm-wide project based on initiatives.
This individual is expected to expand his/her assignments/coverages, and take initiatives in the areas the Compliance Officer delegates.
|必要スキル||The Compliance Analyst must have previously worked in the asset management or brokerage industry.
Industry experience in control functions (such as compliance, risk management or audit) is a plus.
Additionally, the following skills are required:
Good knowledge of Japanese law and regulation that applies to our activities
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, and both in Japanese and English
Good understanding on the asset management business
Self-motivated, and have an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
An inquisitive mind and good analytical skills, and problem-solving mind
Good organizational skills and administration skills with an ability to manage assignments with competing priorities
Ability to learn quickly and seek responsibility in response to unique challenges
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point
