●FX Back Office operations including FX Confirmation and settlement
●Assist with client’s inquiry and contact other our branches via e-mail or phone.
●Liaise with Offshore team for FX Confirmation, CLS monitoring, Account Opening, reconciliation and investigation
●Back office function of Money Market transactions including confirmation with counterparties and settlement
●Cash transfer operation using BOJ Net and other payment tools
●Nostro balance monitoring, including funds transfers by the instruction of Traders
●Prepare account opening request form
●Posting accounting entries
●SWIFT payment messages handling
●Prepare internal/regulatory/customer reports
●Brokerage settlement
●Month-end statement package to send to clients
●Update client list
●Escalate issues to ensure appropriate course of action is being taken at all times
●Adhere to operational procedures and demonstrates a thorough understanding of the departments responsibilities
●Assist with the completion of the Branch Operations responsibilities

＜Qualifications＞
●Bachelor or above
●Excel, Access, Word skill
●Knowledge of BOJ Net(nice to have)
●Basic knowledge of FX Confirmation and settlement (nice to have)
●Basic knowledge of SWIFT (nice to have)
●Japanese (Fluent, writing and communication)
●English(Intermediary, writing and communication)
●Good team member
