We are seeking experienced and proficient applicants who can take the lead comprehensively in developing effective strategies to form and keep good partnerships with new suppliers.

Responsibilities

●Draw up organizational strategies from scratch and build up the team by performing high leadership capabilities
●Find new supply partners and establish long term relationship with top management
●Organize systematically how to conduct simple audit on supplier for initial evaluation
●Control effective communication with the management of supply partners to set strategis for further growth
●Promote communication with sales team and assign drawings for optimization
●Monitor and track the production status to realize on　time delivery
●Discuss and resolve issues with supply partners and sales team if any problem happens during the manufacturing process
●Provide necessary feedback to suppliers for their further growth and improvement actions

＜必須スキル＞
●Eager to take on new challenges aggressively
●Proven leadership in managing projects of a certain size as a team or in collaboration with various people
●High level of competence to set appropriate goals and accomplish them by managing KPI/KGI and resource allocation
●Experience in showing leadership in the whole procurement field
●Experience in playing a key role in supply chain management and international trade of manufacturing goods
●Proficiency in Japanese(JLPT N2+) or English

●Experience in consulting or problem solving driven sales activity
●Experience in business development as a manager role
●Experience in working start up or small-mid organization
●Knowledge and understanding about drawing of manufacturing parts
●Experience in manufacturing or metal processing industry
●Knowledge about trade terms(Incoterms) and customs clearance process
