As PMO Work with the client to implement restructuring projects related to business, financial and risk management in financial fields such as banking, securities, and insurance. Mission is to draft as well as realize management forms that allow financial institutions to realize continuous growth domestically and globally. (For business, financial and risk management ... )
・Discriminate between existing themes & draft a desirable format
・Decide on management objectives
・Decide on schedule for restructuring
・Organization/workforce diagnosis & innovative measures
・Determine operational processes, governance diagnosis and restructuring measures
・Define management index systems
・Implement systems-driven restructuring
・Settle on requisites
・Prepare for restructuring (including systems design, development and construction)
・Numerical analysis & set point analysis (financial statements, risk values, etc.)
・Regulations for major finance groups and establishment of global data and infrastructure needed to implement internal control enhancements when regulations are created
・Construction of a fluid risk management framework (organizations/processes/systems) for a major securities firm
・Outlining future plans and financial impacts for a major international insurance company
・Creation of a comprehensive managerial accounting and business management brokerage PDCA for a major securities firm
・Creation of a global target operating model for the management and financial affairs division of a major securities firm
・Introduction of a globally integrated accounting system for a major securities firm (requisite definitions, development and PMO)
・PMO to introduce integrated risk management systems (markets, trust and liquidity) for major securities firms
・Minimum bachelor’s degree.
・Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills in business Japanese
・1 years+ of experience working in FS projects (Insurance, Credit, Capital Market, Banking & Financial Institutes) OR ・1 years+ of experience in financial institutes (Insurance, Credit, Capital Market, Bank) OR ・1 years+ of Experience in consulting
・Seeking candidates with working experience in the practical business and drafting and implementing restructuring related to business, financial and risk management for financial institutions.
・Candidates should have working experience in public accounting, finance, risk management, systems or planning in a corporate environment, or be experienced as consulting advisors or registered accountants.
