仕事内容
In our operations, we regard Business & IT Outsourcing integration, support Japanese enterprises in their management not just by cost cutting but also by enhancing function and cooperating industry.
The industry in our operations is not only the back-office section, but also WEB marketing and management.
As “business architect” in BPO business consultant position, People are supposed to utilize technology / solution to promote projects and reformation of business assignment from Client.
There are four areas of service we provide in BPO business consultant.
1.“Sales” is in charge of construction / proposal of BPO scheme and BPO contracts during research phase;
2.“Solution Architect” is in charge of Final responsibility of BPO solution and adjustment / negotiation / certification approval / contracts with responsible department;
3.“Mobilization” is in charge of promotion of the whole Functions from transition plan, project standing till Operation start. People in this position are supposed to take responsibility of schedule, budget and quality in Transition phase;
4.“Account Management” is in charge of execution of Operation / Contract and finance (operating profit / operating income) in BPO projects. In addition, People in this position are also supposed to take charge of Up Sell / Cross Sell in BPO cases by broadening relationship with Client;
5. Operation Consulting
As a preliminary step of proposing BPO services or clients ,
there is a position for utilization of the latest technologies / solutions such as cross-business /
structural reform of the entire group and business efficiency / advanced sophistication such as BPR, RPA ・ AI .
It is a position to provide consulting services for problem solving based on operations, such as diagnosis
and verification. We provide consulting services to create ""Big Impact"" directly.

必要スキル
【Basic Qualifications】
- Business Level of Japanese is required. (JLPT Level 1 is preferred)
Experience with one of the following areas:
- Experience of 3 years or more as a business consultant, such as an organization and business process reform (especially shared service related);
- Experience of 3 years or more in the sales of domestic (an on-site / near-shore), and an overseas offshore outsourcing sales, transition, and operation management;
-Transition experience for 2 years above; Delivery experience for 1 year or above; Experience in starting up Overseas division for 1 year above;
-Management consulting company or planning of business reform in business planning, business planning, finance, in-house consulting department / internal reform project of business company ;
【Preferred Skills】
-BPO Offering experience and Professional Knowledge in accounting / Human Resource / purchasing / general affairs;
-Bargaining ability in Global Management in Japanese / English;
-Planning solutions related to robotics ・ artificial intelligence (AI) ~ Introduction project experience
【Professional Soft Skills】
- Logical thinking ability・Hypothetical building and issue-solving skills
- Communications skills

- Negotiation/Adjustment power
- A person who welcomes challenges
