【職務内容】
- Expand the Partner Marketing Business to lead staffs of PBO team as the leading company in direct marketing business of insurance.
- Not only develop the new business partner, but also build strong relationship with the current partners.
- Develop the new leaders who will lead our partner marketing business as a future leader.

- Bachelor(Marketing, Finance)
- Master(Marketing, Finance)

- Strong Leadership

- Strong Negotiation & Communication

- Japanese: Native
- English: Business level required

【Experience】
Only one of these experiences as it below at least
　- Over 5 years in Sale or Marketing
　- Over 5 years Management role (having over 5 staffs)
　- Over 10 years in Insurance (either life or nonlife)
