仕事内容
・Build/maintain long term client relationship and manage client assets to achieve sales of products/services
・Expand existing relationship through leverage of the contact and DWS’s resource network
・Experienced in retail sales as relationship manager for either leading brokerage firms or banks as RMs.
・Cultivate new businesss opportunity
・Strong motivation to overcome a challenge
・Effectively communicate the investment philosophy, strategies and performance to clients
・Accurately and successfully represent the DWS.
・Interact with other teams for efficient operations
・Respect team member and people involved in project

必要スキル
●Experience/ Exposure
・Experience with proven ability to maintain/develop clients relationship, preferably across asset classes
・Strong product knowledge
・Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills be able to build the trust and confidence of clients espeically at sr. mgmt level with 3 major banks
・Ability to explain and discuss sophisticated investment strategies and complex investment attitude
Excellent relationship management skills and experience, along with a high standard of public speaking and presentation experience
・PC skills (EXCEL, POWER POINT, WORD, BLOOMBERG etc)
・At least 2-3 years minimum experience as Relationship Manager in investment management industry
・Institutional sales in investment management industry is acceptable, in order to capture opportunities for Fund Wrap.
・Better to have RM’s experience or some background for ITM operations or documentation.
●Education/ Qualifications
・Educated to degree level
・Native level in Japanese (written, reading and speaking)
・Business to fluent level English (written, reading and speaking)
・Self-motivated individual with a commitment to excellence
・Able to prioritize the key initiative across a broad range of opportunities and relationships
