As a key member of the JP Talent Acquisition team in Japan, you will drive the multiple businesses as a hands on recruiter working closely with each division leaders across our business to hire for a variety of functions. This is a very hands on role that comes with great responsibility. You are responsible for some specific division’s full-cycle recruiting. You will play the role of a talent scout, resources to find the best talent and then matching candidates with the roles to which they are best aligned.

必要スキル
●Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experiences full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate
- Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers
- Business level Japanese and English languages required
- Experience of direct sourcing
- Strong Communication Skills
●Preferred Qualifications
- Campus recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
